As part of the expansion of our activities and the strengthening of our interventions, we are launching a call for applications to reinforce our team and enrich our network of collaborators.
We are looking for dynamic, skilled, and committed individuals, particularly for the recruitment of an Accounting Assistant and the expansion of our pool of trainers in key areas related to innovation and sustainable development.
Accounting assistant
We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Accounting Assistant, capable of contributing effectively to financial management, general administration, and the monitoring of our digital communication. The selected candidate must demonstrate versatility, autonomy, and strong adaptability skills to support various internal functions while maintaining a regular presence across our communication channels (social media, emails, etc.).
Facilitators
As part of the expansion of our trainer pool, we are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to lead dynamic and participatory training sessions. The targeted areas include: business, entrepreneurship, design thinking, innovation, sustainable development, economics, and green growth. Training assignments will be occasional, delivered in-person or remotely. Experience in active learning methodologies and a strong ability to adapt to various contexts are highly desirable.

Our Offerings
Here is a list of some of our current offerings and activities, independent of the business units.
Formation & Certification
We offer training and certifications through our annual training program. However, we also create training packages that we roll out for specific targeted sectors. One such project is our initiative to strengthen the financial governance of non-profit organizations. This project aims to train beneficiaries in SYCEBNL (System for Combating Money Laundering); Anti-money laundering mechanisms; The role of governing bodies in the financial governance of non-profit entities; and fundraising.
Entrepreneurship
We offer a comprehensive training program in business plan development and a solution called ER (Resilient Entrepreneur), which aims to support the entrepreneur in a 360-degree approach to their needs.
Inclusive Finance
We implement financial education programs for students, women, and underprivileged youth. We also target households to help them improve the management of family businesses.
Accounting
We help entrepreneurs restore their accounting. We support non-profit entities in complying with SYCEBNL (System for Combating Money Laundering).
Internal and contractual audit
We help entrepreneurs create value through internal and contractual audit missions.
